National Conference on Perioperative Nursing 2026

College of Nursing, AIIMS Nagpur, in collaboration with the Society of Perioperative Nursing India (SPN India), is hosting the National Conference on Perioperative Nursing.

Theme: "Advancing Excellence in Perioperative Nursing: Safety, Skills and Innovation"

Programme

• Pre-conference workshop — 18 September 2026 (offline only): 5 skill stations with hands-on practice. Limited to 75 participants.
• Conference — 19 September 2026 (offline and online): 7 plenary sessions featuring experts in perioperative care.

Venue: Auditorium, AIIMS Nagpur.

Competitions (maximum 3 entries per participant): quiz, reel, case presentations, and oral & e-poster presentations. Cash prizes will be given for selected competitions. The Minija Joseph India Award 2026 for the Best Theatre Nurse will also be presented (SPN members only).

Who should attend: faculty, nursing officers and clinical nurses, nurse administrators, PG and UG nursing students, and any healthcare professional working in perioperative care.

Registration fee

Pre-conference workshop (18 September): Rs. 750 plus the conference fee for participants attending both; Rs. 1,000 for the workshop only. Limited to 75 participants.

Registration fees do not include accommodation and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Student delegates need an authorization letter from the principal of their college. MNC credit points will be awarded.
